With up to 350 ton capacity, our press brakes provide precise, repeatable bending and forming of sheet metal and thick plages, ensuring tight tolerances and consistent quality across both simple and complex parts.

Faccin Angle Roll
We use our heavy duty roller to bend structural shapes and tubing into curved or circular forms for applications like stairs, arches, railing, and piping. This machine is able to create precise bends even for heavy structural shapes.

Our CNC bandsaws provide accurate, repeatable cutting of bar stock, tubing, and structural shapes to support our downstream cutting, welding, and assembly operations. We can cut up to 16" x 25" rectangular shapes.

At Xtreme Fabrication, quality is a commitment built into every stage of production. With automated equipment, quality inspection tools, and fully integrated MRP system, our processes ensure dimensional accuracy in every part.
Our 3D laser scanning system allows us to scan parts with 0.03 mm accuracy for quality inspection and reverse engineering. And with our Polyworks Inspect software, we are able to generate automated inspection reports so that our customers can have confidence that every part they receive is within specification.

What Size Sheets Can You Cut?
Our fiber laser and plasma table can handle sheets up to 60" x 120".
What Is Your Typical Lead Time?
Our goal is to get estimates sent out within 24-48 hours, but sometimes difficult to source materials take more time. We will quote the current lead time with the estimate. This is generally 2-3 weeks, depending on the size of your job and our current work load. We offer expedited services for an additional fee.
What Is Your Accuracy?
It depends on the material and the equipment we use, but we can hold tolerances as low as 0.002" for most applications.
How Thick Can You Cut?
Our laser table can cut material from 0.003" to 0.75" thick. See below for details.
Mild Steel .003”- 0.75”

Aluminum .040”- 0.5”

Do You Offer Delivery?
